The client brief for this project was to design a four bedroomed practical and affordable designed home on a small inner city site. The possiblity that the site was overlooked on two sides had to be factored into the design.

Design emphasis focused mainly on the creation of a home for a young family. The design included a courtyard rear garden and comfortable parking for 2 cars to the front of the dwelling.
