The client brief for this project was to redesign the home to include a downstairs toilet, large utility, and to design the kitchen area as the focal point of the home.

Design emphasis focused mainly on the creation of a open plan kitchen and dining area suitable for family living. The key success is the efficient use of space and the inclusion of a large utility and downstairs family bathroom.
