The client brief for this project was to design a four bedroomed home on a half acre site.

Design emphasis focused mainly on the creation of a modern contemporary home for a young family. The key success is the wonderful open plan kitchen, living, dining area and sunroom which creates a light airy living area for the whole family.

The client brief for this project was to design a four bedroomed practical and affordable designed home on a small inner city site which was complicated by possible overlooking on two sides.
